I work out on a machine
and watch documentaries or some other TV.  But if I did, how about Lenny Kravitz "I Want to Fly Away."  That one gets me going.  U2, Blues Traveller, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Cake... those are a couple of upbeat groups I found after a quick spin through my iPod.

Ariala, when I'm lifting you can hear Ozzie, Metallica and others.
I never thought about it until now but I guess my running music is different from my lifting music.

Don't let me forget Ozzie, Van Halen and all Def Leoppard, etc.

Success, I like classic rock as well as new rock...I enjoy some of the
same bands you listed as well as Godsmack, Disturbed and AC/DC...I am a metal head, though anymore I only listen to it while exercising. LOL

Xeno, out here in the desert at midnight,
there aren't many wildlife sounds unless you count low rider Hondas with loud mufflers and blaring accordian music as wildlife.
