We put pearls and blonde wigs on my old girl when she's feeling depressed.
She then lifts her sulking head and poses regally, making us all laugh and she knows that she's funny like that. She stays posed awaiting her close ups and fans and cinematographer until the wig and pearls are removed. She makes certain Zoolander Eyes at the camera if I am taking photos of her like that. Then she starts talking to me with her ooouuffs and lifts her paw periodically, like the queen waving.

I hate to say it, but Cassady's hair is receding
and the blue shirt really compliments his eyes.

SpitFire, my sister

I was crying from laughing so hard.  I love these animal stories.  Your angels sound like joys to be around.

When my dog...
Cassady goes to the vet she shakes. Can't wait to get out of there.

Today, walking home from Harvard Square, two little boys and their dad crossed our path. One of the boys said, that dog doesn't have any ears.

It turns out her ears blend in with the rest of her very thick, multi-colored fur. So it can seem as though she has no ears.
