Hahaha..NO! Me and the kids are living with my mom right now, I am somewhat disabled and don't have an income other than a little child support, so it's not an option right now, unfortunately.

Geeze, Sunny,
I don't know. Hopefully it will just weather out with the winter storms, I guess. But if you don't want to wait thast long you don't have to. You could always change your number without a referral, have the phone company put on a disconnected and no new number notice, and if he still insists on communication have him get you a prepaid cell phone with X amount of minutes on it so that when they are used up by him that's it until next time.
Once easily accessible to a person they take it for granted you are always there for them.
