I know what you're going through.
My ex will not talk to me either. It is VERY hard because we were so close for so long and shared everything...but now he wants nothing to do with me! It's so so hard to let go and forgive. I am trying myself. You just gotta tell yourself that you're gonna be alright. But I know you already know that.

--he has made up his mind; I can respect that. It is very hard on you...please spend more time and energy on Jay. He needs you so much, but can't say uit. Nothuing heals a man better than medicine of true love/affection: if he knows you love him without regret, not as the second man/prize. It is hard for you...and him.
