Whew, thanks Pat. That is good to know. Although I am admittedly curious
if it is a message from the great beyond. I dreamed of John's mom, and wonder if it's her trying to get a message to us. LOL Am I just being silly?

The thing to do...
if it is a haunt...  Next time there's a visitation, say "Get out of my house. You're not welcome here."  I had a mysterious night visitor - a glowing entity like a puff of mist above the foot of my bed - when my son was 3 months old. I awoke sitting straight up in bed, and that's what I said. The tingling music, which I hadn't been aware of at first, faded as the glow went out and the mist dissipated. It never came back.

I used to look for it to. Now that it's found me, I question whether or not
it's a gift. LOL

Schatz,

it's all that Mountain Dew! Dangerous stuff! Try a little scotch for a change...

Seriously, though, I would love to experience something like that, but never have. Some years ago a few friends and I went to investigate some allegedly haunted houses - the result: nuttin', nada, rien, nix...I guess I just don't have the talent!

Sorry Cringe...LOL

And just because someone is Christian I don't automatically disregard their advice. To the contrary. I don't have anything against anyone who practices a healthy, spiritual religion. I have a problem with people who instigate trouble and use their religion/intelligence/attitude to facilitate unrest.

I quite appreciate your helpful comments. I hope to soon have created a peaceful environment in our home again. I personally believe when there is change, whether healthy or simply in the form of unrest, the spirit world feeds off that energy. I will find a solution in the event that it becomes a problem. For the time being, although it alarms me at times, I do not feel like there is an evil presence here, and I don't do anything to try and contact the spirits in my house or anywhere else. I do pray at times to my ancestors for guidance, but I believe the recent happenings are not related to that. I could be wrong, though! That's the thing. The only things we really know about this are speculative. :)

Schatz
Oh! I am just a kooky Christian but I would cleanse my home of any spirits anointing it. That is not good. Be blessed.

I write alot about those who have passed to the other side...

We all have our opinions of what it's like and what happens...but I honestly believe that no one ever dies. We just change forms and planes of existence.

There's a whole world that you can't see. There's quite a bit of activity going on over there too. Us humans tend to think that if we can't see something, then it doesnt exist.

But the bible says that the world we CAN NOT see is MORE REAL than the one we CAN see.

I've noticed that in certain areas it IS easier to see or feel the presence of those who've passed over. The presence of radio or electrical towers can boost their "Signal" - a spirit is nothing but energy.

Boost the energy signal some, and you can see or feel or hear them.

Demons are dangerous! Playing with Ouiji Boards and Seances can open a door to demonic activity that you don't know how to close. It can put your family in danger. That's why God tells us not to play around with that sort of thing.

But the spirits of those who've passed over, are NOT dangerous! They're not demons. They can't harm you, like a demon can.  When someone passes on, they normally continue to stay in familiar areas or with those they loved while alive.

This little girl probably lived in the house and has some happy (or sad) memories there.  {PS-the only name that demons MUST respond to is the name of Jesus}

WoW Schatz... Do you ever listen to AM Radio "Coast to Coast" Show?

There are all kinds of stories like yours on that program.  It is a call in show and people have some dooosie stories! You should check it out.  It comes on at night of course (makes it scarier).  You are lucky that you have people with you.  I couldn't imagine being alone with all that.

If they ever get too scary, you are supposed to ask them to please go away.  Nice and calmly, gentle like, and they will.

Once I think I heard a "Phantom Sound"  While getting ready for work one early morning I heard a car screeeeeeching around the neighborhood, hitting what sounded like several parked cars, plus street signs, trash cans, bus-stops everything!  Horrendous crashing!

I thought for sure it was a drunk driver as it was about 430am.  The sounds were so awful, Schatz, I called the police!  I told them about what I had heard and they said they would send an officer out to investigate.  Mind you, I never call the police for anything.  Well when I got down stairs to get to my car, I was certain there would be debris all over the street, and tow-trucks, people giving police reports, etc.  To my amazement Schatz, there was not even one broken tail light to be found!  I COULD NOT believe it!  I still don't!  What the HECK was that!? It's a Ka-razy world mamas!  Love Ya...Dana
