although I love the water, having been sailing for years, I have never done that! But it does sound like a blast! Can I come? I can even navigate, read charts, and also cook...

Have fun, JanesOpinion, the house boats around here, are little more than

floating bungalows on Lake Union, not really big enough for a large group.
