Hi, it has been a while since I have read your posts so I wanted to
catch up, btw that is a beautiful photo of you. I am glad to hear you are so upbeat, despite everything. It helps that when I read what you have written I can feel that you are smiling. I was recently diagnosed with Pure Autonomic Failure of which there is no cure either. This disease causes all functions of the body that are automatic to fail. At this point, I am almost in complete failure. It also at times causes some Parkisonian symptoms, so although I don't know exactly how you feel, I have a small idea. Anyway may God richly bless you each and every day, and good luck on the improvement of your mitral valve situation, I also was diagnosed with that about six months ago.
