ANYTHING that can be done to liven up mixed veggies is alright with me

Oopps! Well, I guess one could use zucchini, anyway. I sometimes use aubergine, but it's a bit pulpy to my taste. Much prefer it fried with honey, "berenguenas con miel" as they call it here

I'm gonna post a coupla apparently odd things to do with lemon juice. Bottling tomatoes right now. Phew! Easier with a pressure cooker, tho'!
