Chipotle is a type of pepper
It was so difficult to find in my local stores that I wound up ordering some through Amazon. For this recipe, the chipotle power can be replaced with chipotle in adobo which apparently can be found in cans in the international food isle. Use 3 tablespoons if you are using the adobe and only 1 1/2 is you are using the powder.
