Cosy, very beautiful, very poignant. The sway to and from between the opposites in life can leave us battered. We swing between pain and pleasure like a pendulum. Every joy is followed by a sorrow. My Teacher teaches to open the heart, see the love everywhere, love the God in everything, detach from both pain and pleasure, develop equanimity. It sounds like withdrawl but, it is not. It is living fully and completely and being present in every moment. We cannot hold onto anything in the world of impermanence, the world of constant change; but, we can live in that world filled with love and experiencing the bliss of that love. Cosy, I left you a note on my blog. If I caused you to relive some pain, then I need to delete my poetry. Blessings MoonSpirit

thx u...but I'm feeling sort of twisted today...starting that phase of having to desensitize...I'm tired of the insensitive.
