Damn, I think you're right. And the scarf is similar in both pics....worn higher on the right side of the face than the left. Same big, gnarly hands, too. I'm pretty sure it's a Hezbollah guy in drag. Judging by the look on his face, he's just learned there are no virgins in heaven.

You are much more observant than most of us and that is what the Media thinks about most of the public who read their news stories. It is sad the media actually exploits the personal grief of an old lady like this lady with no regard to the fact that she is a fellow human in need of help.

If Your Point...
...is that we can't trust major news organisations, then why do you frequently quote them as your sources?
Also, this sort of thing is classic propaganda. It's designed to ease the consciences of 'intelligent' Americans who know their country is supplying weapons to Israel so it can break international law and kill civilians with impunity, but if you draw a funny picture and point out the same woman in two photos, it allows people to decide that, well, it can't really be THAT bad over there.
And then they can sleep easy at night.

I don't know ... a lot of old peasant women look sorta similar, anyway.
Btw, I hate to say this, but in the second photo, the woman looks exactly like the Emperor from "Return of the Jedi".
How come the dove gets to be the peace symbol?
How about the pillow?
It has more feathers than the dove,
and it doesn't have that dangerous beak.
