I don't understand why you're puzzled, frankly
Cops commit the same types of domestic violence as others - with the added psychological component of "I can arrest you if I don't like your behavior, and I can fabricate a case against you if I don't like your behavior, and I have a gun, and you don't have any of those powers."
Now, not all cops abuse. Not by a long shot. But domestic abuse is domestic abuse, no matter who does it, and it has to be addressed, no doubt about it.

I am trying to follow your blog
but I am missing something. Could you explain it, maybe it is me. Are you talking of cops as a spousal abuser or as cops arresting an abuser?
