In a society (and I'm talking globally, here), R.I that teaches and shows
those who take shortcuts and cheat often are victorious, that little is done to stop or thwart them from doing so, that financial gain is generally not impeded by being "outed" or caught -- well, you get my point..

No doubt, growler, someone on ESPN believes Armstrong was boosted a
bit in his victories.  But that was never proven.  This incident, given the current findings, is a bit different.

its amazing how many athletes resort to this sort of thing to get an "edge"
whatever happened to plain hard nosed training??

The night before his comeback, some sports anchor said on the air that Landis needed to see Lance Armstrong's doctor before the next stage.  I think that it was an ESPN guy.  As soon as I heard about the comeback, this was the first quote that I thought of.

I've never trusted the Amish.

I mean, sure, they act all pure and pious ...
