jazwolf likes to live dangerously and lavishly it seems, made me laugh.
Interesting comments thanks on love language for women. I knew there must have been a reason, actually I think women deserve most of the praise, don't you think?

Marie--- "Mon chou" is my favorite. I believe that it was Marie
Antoinette's favorite for her children, as well. Long, long ago, I enjoyed a picnic with two beautiful young women under the Eiffel Tower. Poor planning on my part to dine with two at once.

Thanks Marie, I listened to you ....
Go check out the changes I made.  It will take a few days for it to reflect on my class though.

Petit pois not petit poids
and I love the Eiffel Tower too... John Donne wrote a poem about a flea, one of his love poems... so I thought that was an interesting connection.  Also, you asked why there are so many terms of affection for ladies... I wonder if that's from a long tradition of poetry-writing (Petrarch) Women didn't write (couldn't, didn't or weren't allowed to), so most of the love-poetry was written by men, to or about women.  Not the whole answer but I am wondering about it now.

Azur how sweet, this must be the most romantic tower in the world.
can't wait to get to the elusive fourth stage, in my dreams perhaps. What am I going to talk about next? I have used my best idea!

Mon cher ami
This is very sweet.  I was presented with my engagement ring at the Tour d'Eiffel. It was meant to be on the third stage but it was so windy we retreated to the second. I had to laugh once when a friend told me that she has been to the 4th stage!!!! Perhaps she was flying
