songbird - the last time i had the perfect pair of sandals was in the
eighties. i foolishly wore them while clamming in nova scotia and destroyed them. i have searched high and low for the perfect replacement pair and although i've had some favorite shoes come and go since then, i've never found a pair of sandals to equal the ones i had then.
