Thank you Kat! He is gone. He wasn't in a very good mood this
morning and I understand but I wish he could have left a little happier. Thanks for the concern!

Thanks Bel. Unfortunately, it looks like some other idiot is gonna
drag us into some conflict and they are getting more and more serious. Iraq was nothing compared to what lies ahead, I'm afraid!

Don't feel bad
I'm crying too.  I kept telling myself when I had to take Carl back "This is the last time I have to let him go."  I pray that will also be the case for you.

Thanks Bel. I do just that, but now you made me cry....again. It's
O.K. been doing that a lot this week.

Dave
From someone who has been there:  When you take him to the airport, don't stay and watch the plane leave.  Give him a hug as he boards the plane.  Then turn around and walk away.  Don't look back.  I know that it will be very hard to do that but trust me it's worse to watch that plane taxi out and leave.  Please give my love and thanks to Jeremy.  Godspeed and God Bless.

Thank you ever so much Kat! Things are rougher right now than ever
before in my life. Never been this low, but I won't be here long. God will lift me up as I struggle to my feet and We shall rise victorious. Now if I can just remember that day to day! Thanks!

Yeah, Bell a lifetime will suffice! Teddy poet. I am touched. This was
wonderful! Thank you for sharing it with me. Pretty proud of my boy. All our boys and girls. Used to be, didn''t have to worry about the girls. Now they're in the thick of it too!

swftfox, this one's for you...
my son
is my son
wherever he is at this moment
wherever the next moment
has him...
my son is the reflection
of the Love shining
in every teardrop
the beauty shouting
from every silent mountain
I walk in his footsteps
the steps I helped him
first stumble through
I see with his vision
all the things
I could not see
before he arrived
my son
is my son:
this

is the air that I breathe
with every thought of children
enriching
my Life.

For the time being, but alas, so true! That is why I chose to make this a
light poem instead of a heavy dark one!

What can I say? It can't be easy watching your son go again, but at least
he is alive, unlike mine.
