This is just another distraction tactic used by a well funded propaganda apparatus! George Bush needs all he can get to wipe the "Blood" off of his hands! The man is a criminal and he has plenty of accomplices! That alone makes me sick! And tell John Mc Cain he can suck-up to the Bush family all he wants he will "not" be President of the United States! And lose the American Hero bit!

As I thought when I read the title
you took something you heard and drew overly far-reaching conclusions.
The fact that some, even most, terrorists use hawala doesn't mean that none ever use money transfers. If they didn't, why was the program successful, capturing the mastermind of the Bali bombings among others? That's like arguing that since some terrorists communicate by letter, we shouldn't bother with tapping their phones.
