why doesn't liberman run as a republican????
he may not get re-elected by the Dems this fall. You guys likke him so much, invite him over to your side of the aisle. But quit pretending he's a democrat.

The tale on people like Gore. He was so intent on making Lieberman toe the Gore line that it handcuffed Lieberman's strengths. This is the deficit of all insecure administrators. They disempower their colleagues, then wonder why no one is powered up to defend them in a crisis!

Yeah, Liberman's Alright
...he didn't do anything for Gore's perceived 'personality deficit', + he's a war-hawk, too.

But if he got Repubs. to vote in the middle and away from their extreme wing, then maybe in the long run he'd get us somewhere.
