I've been wanting to write about this subject but I'm working in
a 9 to 5 job the past few weeks. So I have little blogging time. But I did really want to do some research about exactly why the national guard is back - of course it makes me sick that Nagin was re-elected.
I'm having tee-shirts made up that say:
ROY NAGIN IS A MORON!
Maybe you and George want one.

I agree dear one that they are needed in Iraq. I first agree that their real reason is American Protection. Gang fighting in an area where someone has been given plenty of money to instill a competent police force is not the venue for the Guard.Thank you so much for reading and commenting

Yes it is I am very aware of that. I think there should have been some consultants, high ranking ones, to see that the money given was used properly. The first thing needed there was clean and compepetent police force. That was obvioulsy not done. He has the money to clean up his enviornment, and help his people if he will stop playing his personal games with it. This is my opinion I could be wrong, but I am familiar with fifty to sixty years of bad corrupt politicians there and it still waddles like a duck. Thank you for reading.

As if our Guard
is not stretched thin enough!!!! I could understand last year when Michigan would have been in deep you know what had we had any kind of crisis because the members that were not in Iraq were in NO. There was a reason and I had no problem with that.
BUT now? I will not be happy to find that my own state is once again compromised not by a natural disaster but by a disaster created by Ray Nagin!
