Every woman that I know about that has had nude photos published has
been fired, relieved, suspended, or forced to resign from whatever position she held at the time.  The only exception to this, of course, were people in the film industry, porn industry, music industry, or modeling industry.  It is unfair and unenlightened, but it is the way things are generally done.

My Problem With his whole story

Is that there might be one rule for a school teacher and another for, say, a lawyer.

Yes she was a bit silly. Kids will look at her differently and she would probably lose respect and classroom management in her classes for a while. But I think it is a bit harsh for her to lose her job. Are there secretaries out there who lose their jobs over nude photos?

And I also think that life drawing and nude photography is very different to pronography. The body should be seen as beautiful. But again I think it is unfortunate that they chose her as a subject.

Oh, being a man, I like breasts also. For all your stated reasons and a
few others.  There is something of the golden mean in their aesthetic arrangement...

I personally agree with you, ukie, on that definition of pornography,
expecially as it applies to observance by children.  Pornography is very subjective, so... like the man said, I don't much about art, but I know what I like.

Hard to say, ukie. Like I said, the Supreme Court basicly distanced itself
from these decency battles by leaving it to localities.  Going topless on the Riviera is accepted, but the Riviera ain't Austin, Texas.

What so wrong with breasts?
Having a couple of my own, I know they are great for more things than sex...like breast feeding and filling out bathing suits. Even the carressign involved in the feeding and bonding of children, my breasts are not always a sexual part of my body. Although, sensual and beautiful breasts are not pornographic. If the pictures in question were of sex acts that would be different and not in good taste for an adult to expose to youngsters.

Are we talking about life drawing?
Does this mean Michaiel Angelo was a pervert? How old were his student? I also wonder if partial nudity would this be an issue if the student did studies from a photo pool or professional mode?
