I know the ACLU has done crap like suing in a situation like this before; I do hope some sense will be used here and that doesn't happen.
If it does, surely no jury would side with the punks.

Likely Mr. Wilson will be safe now
Fourcats, this case got all kinds of media attention. I'd think it'd work in his favor.
I would, however, take God over a gun any day. God never misses, and He often doesn't have to shoot at all.
