Blanche
The pool still isn't up, but Andy has repaired our grass cutter and we have cemented in a clothes post.  Yesterday we went to an auction and I bought a car. (Andy bought 8).  Today we are going on a painting party in a 31C heat.  I don't know about Andy, but I'm exhausted.  If he feels the same way as me, Marian should be safe for a while.  Am I writing and reading Blogit?  Not a chance.  I'll catch up and have a holiday when he leaves.

JohnMnab,
It sounds like you need a pool in that heat.  That and a few frosty umbrella drinks alongside it.

Taps
Oddly enough Taps, I was thinking the same of you after finding no posts under 'Taps.'  The pool isn't even up yet.  It has been held up because of rain and now that the rain has stopped, it is too hot to venture out.  I was thinking of sending Andy (of Randy Andy fame) out into the 100 f heat but then I thought he was already too hot.  We'll leave it for a few days.

Azur

I haven't changed my email address, Azur, but the password is now not being recognized by my computer since it crashed.  My personal email address is still working.  I have my personal in-house electronic wizard (codename 'Ell') working on it at the moment and it may begin to work soon.  The problem is that every time we try to verify the John McNab password, we keep being told that the name belongs to somebody else.....it does, it belongs to me.

I've suggested we change the name to John MacNab and use a different password and then inform all the people who need to be told, but apparently that is too simple and nothing is going to beat Ell.  Sigh!  I'll be back to near normal soon.  Take care.

Blanche

There isn't more to the pool story as yet, Blanche, as it has been raining so hard in this part of the world that it is still packed in its soggy box.  There is a lot more to the Librarian story but I don't know if I could write it and keep it factual without bursting into laughter at every sentence.

I am having trouble with the email addresses since the computer crashed a few months back, but I'm trying to solve the problem.

No, the message did not arrive
Have you changed your email address perchance? If so you need to change the settings on your blogit account?

JohnMcNab,
Well, all right, but what about the pool? There must be more to that story.  (Azur's right, btw, I tried emailing you and it bounced back, too).

Azur
I sent you an email via Blogit a few minutes ago giving you my personal email address.  Let me know if you do or don't get it.  Cheers, JMcN

Your hospital visit policy is about right. I need rest. You may need to update your email details on Blogit. I tried to send you an email but it couldn't get through

You want to read the upcoming (if you'll excuse the expression) instalments?  I was going to leave it where it was and draw a thin veil over the randy old sod's love life.  Randy Andy says that there are only two things woman hate about men. 'What they do and what they say'

JohnMcnab, women can be devious and cunning, but you love her
You've seen her sweet side, too, as Lucinda Williams says. What a complex hodgepodge we humans are, what fools we mortals be, etc.  You are buying the pool for Andy's visit?  Andy, the randy ol' librarian humper?  Keep us apprised of that will you?  I wait for installments.

Whacky
As soon as the area is leveled and the pool is up, we'll all be happy.

Azur
All that matters, Azur, is the fact that you thought it was worth while reading.  I don't mind at all.  If I wasn't married to Ell, I'd have to use a friend's wife or conjure her up out of thin air.  Where did I leave that wand?

So, now everybody is happy. Right?

You don't mind really
do you?

You have much to say here. Don't know what to focus on in comments.
