I have always intended to visit
India and travel by train. I am waiting now until my children are a little older so it will be easier to travel. My partner studied archaeology of this region when at university. I expect it can be tiring for passengers with so much traffic
on the train. There is no greater waste than not helping people to live up to their potential.
I have seen many performers on the metro and tube in Paris and in London although it is not legal to do so.

Train travel
Sounds fascinating and a little frightening. The Minister in charge sounds like a jerk. Do other ministers of other services have the reputation for self-interest? In the U.S. one would expect politicians to be so typically self-serving.
