When I saw that I was so dumbfounded I could not believe the print. Yes a corn husker-Nebraska Judge found this yet unheard of reason to let another child molester walk the streets. We will soon need the vigilantes!If the court system will not keep convictided rapist away from our children we have no choice but to take things into our own hands.

Dig this!
In our state, they are not prosecuting a sex offender because he molested somebody he knew. Our "Jessica's Law" legislation is primarily geared for punishing "unknown" offenders. We are working on an initiative to make the law tougher and more comprehensive. The legislature won't do it. The voting public can do it only by making it a voters issue.

Oh please. This is totally ridiculous.
Thanks to all the namby pamby judges, the ACLU and other similar ilk, these sexual predators are going to have more rights than the children they abuse. Have we forgotten the victims here? Now it would seem the predator becomes the victim due to his stature. Please. The insane are running the asylum.

I don't know if you can get too tall for prison. You could play on the basketball team. You would become a big star and your self-esteem would rise. You could be rehabilitated and become a model citizen when you got out. Except I forgot one thing. There ain't going to be any short people in prison. The prison basketball team will be all center and big forwards. Oh well, it was a good thought at first.

Too short, huh...how long before some case comes along....
with a judge ruling "this guy's too tall for prison"...it's mind boggling what we hear day after day...so he just gets off (no pun intended) with a slap on the wrist???
