Corbin, I would concur with you that it certainly, somehow surely

must be GWB's fault.  I.E. the rain -- not sure how. 

Today it's gray but not raining at the moment; every time I woke up during the noc it was raining so perhaps the storm has spent itself out.  Which would be nice, since we've got the grand Musike Parade left and would rather not enjoy that under an umbrella!

Janes..

We're getting it from the same system down here in Kentucky.....I'm sure it's impacting business for the Festival.......I'm sure it's GW's fault...

With this kind of weather, I am glad I decided my company wouldn't bring a bus load up this year for the Tulip Festival, gonna do the Canadian Festival in a couple of weeks........Maybe next year.
