SOPHISTIE

As a recovering alcoholic of many years of sobriety your blog really hit me tonight.

Now I see so many people dignosed as bi-polar coming to AA.

One famous person in Canada with an alcohol problem saying she is now diagnsed as Bi-polar.

Now I'm beginning to wonder if Bi-polar is a new name for alcoholism or other addictions.

Good luck with finding a happy balance in your relationships.

Thanks for All Comments
I am learning to deal with it and calling them on it sounds good, yet it  seems continual and it gets old!!  I know that I can control my response, yet at times it is difficult.  Again, thanks for listening!!  I am not able to respond to most until the weekends, as my daily schedule seems to keep me busy!!

I'm having a non-smiling
day today but I know things have happened for a reason and that they will get better; that still makes me smile inwardly.

Life is a speed race on this world at times, so people move out of state
with out uttering a word . Some time it's like that.

Well, I can't speak for everybody with bipolar, Sophistie,
As a friend says, "Having cancer, don't make you an oncologist".  I'd say, call them on whatever behavior is bugging you in that moment. After all, a chemical imbalance doesn't give someone a free pass to be a jerk.  Otherwise, you might just have to take a pass and decide to interact with them at a later time.  Spring is a difficult season, I'm told for us.
