I definitely agree with the frustrations
of dealing with people who refuse to use common sense! A little dose of common sense would make the everyone else's life so much easier. Good luck!

SOPHISTIE
Seems to me when it says 'or' the entire matter could be settled with one or the other no?

Sophistie, this is the sort of situation that I hate to have to deal with.   I have three things on my desk that need telephone clarification tomorrow and I surely am not looking forward to it.   One of them I already called last week and got so frustrated that I hung up on them.   Now I have to do it all over again.  HAHAHA

Sort of thing straightened out...also frustrating...good luck!

Then kill her with kindness and love.
Try to see it her way and be as supportive of her position as possible without giving up any integrety.

Good luck with this, Sophiste, sometimes it's better not ask why
but to simply resolve the problem, and address the facts.

I think you are on the right track and after speaking with her tomorrow you will have more insight into what type of person you are dealing with and a better understanding of why this happened. Good Luck!

Sometimes, it means both parties have to know about the situation.
