I have no problem believing Jesus would shoot those soul-less fuckers,
mysteria.  From what I've learned of the man, as opposed to the myth, Jesus wasn't as passive as King James would have us believe.

Perhaps Predators Should Expect To Be Preyed Upon?
There are two male nurses at the Children's Hospital here in San Diego that have been busted for molesting incapacitated, comatose, and dying, that's right, I said dying children.  Then photographing them in explicit ways with their camera phones!...I wonder what would Jesus do?  I bet he'd shoot them right between the eyes with no scruple or qualm.  If I had a Savior, at least I hope that is what he would do... sick world.

I definitely agree that there is a simple way to stay off the list, Glennb.
Don't engage in predatory behavior.  But this is no perfect world and predators do exist.  Regardless, I doubt the civil libertarians will be able to mount much of a case, considering that all cases regarding predators and their ilk are public knowledge and everyone has access to that knowledge.  The list just makes it easier for people with a mission to find them.  Their souls matter not one damn bit to me, Glennb, it's what their physical body perpetrates upon other humans that bothers me.  Do I care that they are dead, those that are killed.  No.  But do I think that they should be murdered?  No.  Except by social and state sanctioned means.

Saul_Relative,
I am beginning to worry more about you? There is a very simple and civilized way to keep your name off a "Sexual Predator" List! Once you make that list my only concern is that it's accuracy is within the rule of law and civilized! And the "Predator" remains banished from society until he can redeem his Soul!
