I read on one website where in some cultures, the placenta is eaten. I also read that placenta eating is allegedly a good preventative for postpartum depression for the mother.
I still think it is crazy beyond words. Once that baby's born, it's waste, period.

I still can't believe the guy, and I'm not even into celebrities. Also, the more I hear about Cruise, the less I want to hear about Scientology (or however it's spelled!).

Insanity is a luxury of the rich or genius? Maybe. Nobody could give me enough money to eat a placenta. I've had two kids, I know what placentas smell like. Take care
