Jane's I found this post by accident and it is beautiful. They say you
cannot appreciate tears until you have cried. I can not imagine a shame much greater than being reduced to begging. I can't imagine a person being critical of a beggar. Sure there are those who do it professionally. Sorry! I would never regret money given a beggar. If they fool me it will be made up to me many times over. I have no problem with a person smoking who has no money. I wonder if this person had no vices or addictions who wrote the post you cited!
