Here's what's cooling on my racks right now...
Devil's food chocalate cake that I'll frost with a custard cream frosting with slices of bananas between the layers.
And chicken fricassee is about the easiest thing on earth to make besides a fried egg....all you do is brown the chicken and then simmer it in chopped carrots and onions after adding a can or two of cream of celery soup. Really tough to make! But damn good over rice!
Where did you say this lake is? And you're older than 18, right?

OMG! I was just listening to my stomach growl and wondering what was in this hotel refrig! I DO NOT want to get dressed and go out to get something! And, actually, I have a storage closet full of fishing equipment....ummmm, chocolate cake! Dang!!!! Now that I've got that in my head, I am going to have to get dressed and go out....you devil you!

I see the pink lipstick on your mouth....laughing away! And, I know you admire men's bodies, too!! Yes, I'm sure Mason has a list of models somewhere he can call on.....I told him, in so many ways, the old "me thinks you doth protest too much"...or, whatever the line is.... Anyway, if he really isn't crying wolf, I'm sure we can help him out with some advice on down the road - we are certainly both full of it - advice, I mean!! And, Lensman should surely know by now.....we think men are the tops!!! All over!!!

Thank you for the kind words....and I am more than happy to pop that bubble! That reminds me.....I feel an ambience bubble coming on..... Anyway, whoever ever, ever told you that mens' bodies are ugly was an ugly thinking person!!! Mens' bodies are beautiful!! I never tire of admiring them....OMG, those muscles are so fascinating, no matter what size.....and the way they are just so different. I mean, I don't have penis envy....but, I must admit to penis fascination! And, don't laugh....I do not mean that in anyway but....seriously! I just read that, and ridiculous as some might find it....I'm standing by it and trusting that you will know how I mean it! OK....I have been around....it's just that tornadoes are hitting everywhere and I have been sooooo busy, busy, busy.....I'm taking two months off after this month....and hope to be more present....hope your new job is going well

Your hubby is so very lucky....as are you....and your kids, to have parents who are affectionate with each other and still show their "admiration" for each other.....that's the kind of role model kids need if they are to grow up and find happy marriages of their own. I am practically rolling on the floor laughing.....I loved this post.
