BTW how is the lady doing? We are all looking forward to getting her back, as I am sure you really are. Be blessed.

Justo

I am sorry my computer wrote in cryptic. It was not meant to be so, but  I think I have all the kinks out of it. Last Monday on my way home from Maggie Maes I ran into police everywhere.. Right out in the middle of no where... a four way atop...Suddenly they made everyone stop their cars and as the swarms of cruiser surrounded the little four way, I noticed 9 cruisers flying down the road. I got out and sat on the hood of my car. Down the road I saw 4 black SUV's..and the Presidential Seal on each one of them. I was so excited Justo, I waved like a school  girl...

But to answer you question...yes foreign business own far too many American assets..

Black Pearl, thank you for your comments. I agree with you that God will
take this issue up in His time; however, he puts us in charge of our Judges and they appear to have lost their minds. We need a lot of prayer going on in this country now. We need a lot of repenting. Thank you for stopping by my blog.

Corbin Dallas, thanks for the read. You crank it out there!
This is about a country going to H in a handbasket because of personal feelings. That is just to childish for me to get my heard around.

Justsouno,

I'm very saddened about any mistreatment and/or abuse of our children.  It makes me angry to hear about situations where the so-called "sick" offenders get away with it.  House arrest?  Six months?  Sick or not, these people are pedophiles, and they are preying on our children.  I think the family of the teen who dropped the charges made a terrible mistake.  I wish I had answers for all this madness, and it is madness.  Sometimes, the system just lets me down.  These are two of those times.

I don't remember the case about the man who raped the little girl for years and only got six months, but I remember the other case.  I remember seeing a picture of the teacher.  I also thought of how beautiful she is, but, give me a break!  Suddenly it comes out that she has bi-polar disorder?  What next?  The kid took advantage of her?  She deserves to have something more than house arrest.  But, as angry as it makes me, I understand that it's not my call to make.  God will handle it in His time.  This is one of those times when it's most challenging for me not to judge because I'm so hurt and angry.

Muser, thank you so much. This is what I am talking about! Where
are those who have the questions and want them exposed. George and I were talking last night, he asked the same thing. Would the parents want the girls to just 'forget it' rather than be exposed so the man is punished, and what about the law? To me the boy gets off free this way too! He is not innocent, nor are his parents. He appeared to know the woman was doing wrong in the tape. Thank you for putting this in its proper perspective.

Justsouno, This is what I think about this...The boy's mother did not want
him and their family exposed to the kind of scrutiny a trial would expose them to...and this is the crux of the matter...just how much involvement did the fourteen year old boy encourage from his teacher? This is what it would come down to, I think. What had the boy been taught about sex from his parents? Anything? What is this whole case about? Male rape or male exploitaion? I think one aspect would surely be the boy's involvement. Was he a willing participant, or completely exploited? This opens up the issue of male rape...sex forced on a boy by a woman who looks like a Barbie Doll. This opens up so many new questions, I can understand the parent's reluctance...but what about the little girls? Would the prosecutor be so willing to drop the case of the girls if the parent had not wanted to pursue the trial? What does this mean? The question I ask is why ...WHY...are fouteen year olds having sex with a teacher? For that breach of trust alone the teacher should be prosecuted...why isn't she? Why isn't she going to jail? Were the idignities of the whys so terrible for the boy that it was better to drop the charges...or were the indignities to the parents so potentially embarrassing that they didn't pursue their son's rape? What IS going on here? What kind of double standard is being avoided here?

That is a big part of the problem, Justsouno

Muser, it was such a strange thing to see her almost doll like
beautiful blue eyes, perfect hair cut natural blond and then you look at the scraggly man who is being arraigned today for kidnapping the two girls in South Carolina... Did that have anything to do with this? I would not want one of my sons dragged out in public like that but I would not want him abused by beauty, power and sex before his time and his ability to give his permission. God told us and now we can see it is here! Thanks for stopping by, I get lonely in this screaming booth alone.

It is sad that a case like this one is dropped because the parent doesn't
want her/his son and family name to be "dragged through the mud!" There is a glaring double standard now before the public...BUT The parent/s has/have made their wishes known...I understand the reluctance to not expose the boy to public scrutiny; but I also think it is likely that the teacher will repeat her crime....not in public education, but somewhere...because she got off scott-free!

Nautkios, thank you for stopping by. I agree with you..... There is more
than enough craziness to go 'round these days. Yes common sense is an uncommon commodity. I'll check out that post.

Justso...

I think the case against the teacher was dropped to spare the boy - he would have been required to testify. So that's understandable. As far as the other cases are concerned, all I can say is that I could cite thousands of similar instances from this country, where the decisions completely defy common sense. But then, common sense is a very uncommon commodity, especially among lawyers. But of course, the idea of the perp as 'victim' has become deeply ingrained.

I haven't been around much, being too busy, but I finally managed to put a post of my own in today. Take a look and tell me what you think.

answers either, so if you find out, let me know, okay?!
