Well, some cat out there is going to get really lucky! I'm glad you will get to own a home, but I sure agree, moving is tough! We have a move in our future too and I'm not looking forward to it... at ALL!

You'll keep getting concerns.....
as the time to buy fast approaches....but to be putting that rent money into something that is going to be yours.......is a great feeling!!

Owning a house is something I hope to do someday, but I can totally understand why you'd feel overwhelmed. Just keeping up on the apartment we have is enough to keep me busy right now. It's exciting though, think of the things you can do in a house you can't do in an apartment: turn the music up after hours, have pets, knock out walls, and put in a hot tub, among other things. Have fun!
