Run Condi Run!
I just wish Dr. Rice would run on the Republican ticket. Remember all those NASCAR dads they talked about in the last election? They would be going, going, GONE if the party of elephants nominated Condi. There's always talk about how Dems are "out of touch" with America. But if the Republicans nominate Rice for either part of the ticket, they will find out just how fast the Southern support will evaporate. I don't think they realized the latent racism still present in the south.
LBJ said when he signed the Civil Rights Act "I've handed over the south to the Republicans for the next 30 years." He underestimated them!!!
So, where do I send the check? To nominate an assertive, educated, SINGLE black woman would signal the end of the Republican party in the south for at least a few years!

Condelisa's got my vote as well. If 2008 turns out to be the year of the woman president, please let it be her, and not that hosebeast/former president Clinton (who says Bill ran that office after all)
