I am soooo sorry to hear this! I'll pray for the little one tonight. I was born a twin, but my sister passed at birth. Even though I never knew her, I knew she was once with me. I know that she still is!

Yeah, if there is anything "positive" (at all) to grasp for in that situation ...
it would be that 3 years old is very much a "short-term memory" age.
