sassmeback - suppose you could say more?

manipulate it in what way?

I tend to want especially with my writing to get toi the nitty gritty of the feedback and see what really needs doing to fix things up.

Not good for the soul?  I have been teacvhing my sponsee how to praise her self and congratulate herself on a job well done.  This instills positive vibes in the emotional memory - right?

Feeding on praise.....
I need a daily dose of praise from those around me. It is like a drug that I feed off of. If I don't receive it, I often find myself wondering where in the day I went wrong? What didn't I accomplish? I used to hide in the background, but that's no fun!  When I receive negative feedback, I digest it and look at it. But, then again sometimes isn't it interesting to see if you can manipulate the feedback you receive ?  People do this all the time.  How often do you ?

I accept criticism and often find it hard to accept praise and even more difficult to 'pat myself on the back.'.  Maybe one day I'll be able to balance them...take care...

I think accpeting criticism easier than praise is pretty common place actually...even with some people have a fine level of self-esteem.

I accept criticism
better than praise, oddly. I think it drives other people mad.

Hello,
I have learnt how to accept both praise and critics.from myself, as for others, I accept both from reasonable people whom I respect.).
