Tiel,
You hit the nail right on the head. Sometimes I remember whole sentences I want to write down and then there are times when they go missing in action.  I forgot to write it down yesterday until it was almost too late. I managed to capture a small portion of what I wanted to say, but I'll definitely have to work at what I do have left. Next time, I'll write my thoughts down ASAP. You'd think I'd know better

Word

I truly hope you DID write them down right then and there.  As you know, you can always modify them later, if you think they need it.  But you can't recapture them.  Do you find that  to be true?

Thank you for frequently visiting my blog and giving me some nice comments.

Thanks DrJPT,
I definitely will go in the direction I am inclined towards. Anything else will give me too much to think about and worry over.

Agreed Food4thought,
I think I'll enjoy working my way and my brain around this.

True Challenge

Often I find spending too much time thinking on somethings is a problem, then again too quickly making a decision can be a problem of another type.

I agree with one of the other readers that being too descriptive may take away from what you are expressing.  In real life I like the sensual and a Lutheran is close to a Catholic (smile)!  Go from the heart!

The sensual...
Is harder to do since it requires one to set the mood rather than spell things out without being cliche.

Merry Christmas to you too Bright!
I think that subtle is usually better anyway.

Being raised Irish Catolic, I know exactly what you mean about the quilt and not wanting to be to explicit. I think you are riding the right train of thought.  ' Merry Christmas'

I did that in my book word...
....and I hadn't even planned it..the words just came and like you I didnt' want them explicit....I think leaving more of that to ones' imagination is the way to go.  Good luck!
