telynor...I do so hate that when the kids are used as weapons...
I never had that when I was a child, but my hubby did and so he does use them as weapons. A difficult situation for the children to be in, and one I don't like.

At least the poor kid has a father that gives a damn. But you're right, you do have to wonder about parents that use their children as weapons at each other.

I think that the mother and father should have discussed the trip before it was ever mentioned to the child. In a childs mind it makes the father the bad guy who has ruined all the fun.
