Kingmi...Thanks for posting all of Cheney's speech. I caught only part of it yesterday on TV. Even this, however, will not silence politically motivated detractors. Cheney and Bush tell it like it is.

This Reminds...
...me so much of the desperation that started to show through as the withdrawal from Vietnam approached. Isn't it sad that these people are making the same mistakes?
Interesting, too, that in his list of the things the military are doing in Iraq, he forgot to mention abusing and torturing prisoners, using white phospherous as a chemical weapon, and incarcerating suspects without trial or charge or legal representation.
Perhaps his memory is going even faster than his detractors!
