I would agree with you about some people having a stronger intuition that others pertaining to being able to detect other people's character. You see things on the news like the employee who stripped down in the McDonald's back office, and I personally cannot imagine being that gullible. Why had SHE not been able to detect that something just wasn't right about the telephone call??!!

Yes, I have a very strong intuition. I won't go into detail,
but let's just say that hubby thought that I was insane until one day when one of my biggest "premonitions" came true.  I had been having the same dream over and over for almost six years.  And then one morning I turned on the news to see my dream on tv...  It's a as much a curse as a gift, I think.  Although I don't see dead people...lol

Yes! I call that intuition.

Hmm
I don't know. I've never been able to read people. But I can read my boyfriend. I know when he's upset or hiding something, but I can't get it out of him at all. Serious issues there. But my daddy, he is DEFINITELY in tune with his 6th sense. He can tell a liar straight away. He's been able to see through every so-called friend I've ever had bad dealings with, and every boyfriend I've ever brought home. The reason why I'm not giving up on my current boyfriend is that my daddy saw nothing bad in him. If my daddy's right, he's worth holding on to.

Sometimes there are small clues. I think we read small clues not identifying them as such and we call it intuition.

that's giving everybody the benefit of the doubt, but do you ever get the FEELING it's true or not true? Thanks 4 stopping in!

personally....
I assume people are telling the truth until I learn the hard way, over and over again, that they're not.

Cosy

You know, I sensed that you would call me a liar.

Seriously, I do believe that what you're saying can't be dismissed.  I always like the example that there was a time when nobody knew about electricity or understood it, but it was there nonetheless.

Some things don't ring true that's for sure although some I have to ask myself whether I doubt because something is outside my experience. The other thing I have to remember is that incredible as something may sound to me and as deluded as it may be, the person may totally believe themselves or convinced themselves it's true.

I keep an open mind on this stuff.  It's all very possible.  One thing I can tell you, for example, is that I knew a week ago that you were going to write this post.
