Definitely, Taps. Definitely!!
They're hoping that we will get too frustrated after jumping through their BS hoops and then waiting a lifetime to speak to them. The thing that gets me the most is when the company doesn't offer customer service via email. So, what other choice do we have but to call?

Spitfire, I really do believe that they do this with the ulterior motive of discouraging people from calling.
