No, mcbreeze, it just makes bad coverage or good coverage look bad. It
shows poor or no preparation. However, if they weren't there, there would be no coverage, so, in a way, even with the foul-ups and bloopers, no matter their cause, it can still be viewed as good coverage.

Hey, scoop, I forgot to to post this tidbit the other night. I filed it on
my
Word program. It's also about Katrina and live television screw-ups.

Nothing like a live broadcast, scoop. Man, that is so hilarious. Wish I
had seen it. Post it. People will love it.

Saul, did you see this from yesterday, this is the true transcript
FOX NEWS yesterday in New Orleans;
SHEPARD SMITH: You’re live on FOX News Channel, what are you doing? MAN: Walking my dogs.
SMITH: Why are you still here? I’m just curious.
MAN: None of your fucking business.
SMITH: Oh that was a good answer, wasn’t it? That was live on international television. Thanks so much for that. You know we apologize.
[snip]
SMITH: "I'm watching two dogs drink out of a glass of ice water, and it's none of my business why they are still here."
I love it can't get any better then that, Scoop
