Adaman, how sweet of you to ask.
So, like, what kinda help can you offer?

Whenever I feel overwhelmed
I try to remind myself of where I actually am, I breathe and come back to my location, my senses, my most immediate world, remembering that the sense of being overwhelmed is something extra, something self-manufactured, which loses its power as soon as I can see it objectively... and if that doesn't work I give it a good night's sleep  -M

Powerful and sad Spitfire
Strong, flowing poem.  Reality too often is insanity and coping skills seem so hard to grasp, no matter how much we try. Peace & well wishes sent.
