Oh, that's so funny ... in Microsoft Word, I have the question-answer segment just as you suggested. When I copied and pasted it to the blog site, the formatting disappeared ... couldn't retrieve it. Thanks for commenting!

I like the idea as an opening
It
does capture attention immediately.
I do, however, feel you should place the question-answer segment on individual lines, with the answer in italics.
