I see you as the Star and the Enquirer here and know that's why you

are so read and commented upon. Your headlines make them buy the paper and your words which follow make them choke and spew comments. I read you for the Show and not to really see the pictures of two headed babies born to zebra beings in Iowa.

But, that's just me.

TOO MUCH CREDIT

I think you are giving too much credit to white women here buddy. Heck, it really doesn't even matter what race you were referencing. I would hope the "bro" and "yourself" at least had a good woman whether she was Asian, Black, or Hispanic. This kind of makes white women appear to be dangerous in a not so flattering way. Like the evil female nemesis of the black comic hero taking down superheroes one by one... blah...blah...blah. I guess what I am saying here is that YOU pick your POISON.

I am hearing Star Wars......Be selective and careful not to go to the dark side young Luke. Let the force be with you.

MHW, I am most amused by the comments to your post!  The whole thing is so hysterically funny, but maybe I'm just easily amused.  LOL!  Guess you found another sucker, and I'm a white woman, besides!  ROFL!

pm me when you have time...i'd be pleased to keep in touch with you... you were right, i haven't heard about that old school artist...among the old school artists, Ice Cube has my full respect...he is telling the truth in his CDs...i like the proud black man he is...when ppl are constantly treating your own colored sons as second class citizens, a white woman like me fully understands the message that is expressed in a NWA CD! To me rap music is not all about cars, sexy girls and bling bling, but it is fight music...the fight of the underpriviledged and it is also about black pride...many racists would like hip hop to shut down, but all of us who are engaged in the hip hop movement won't let it happen...

MysticGmeKeepr, painting, sculptoring, acting, singing & WRITING, is each

a category of art that is produced by an ARTIST.

And what it comes do to is, whether one has the skills and/or ability to sell his or works of art to others.

Or, in many cases, it is case in which a person produces art merely for the hell of it, or for his or her own pleasure, and could not care less whether it appeals to any one else.

Funny post and aboslutely true! Controversy and hate get clicks...push the buttons they'll be back to fight you. Doesn't have a damn thing to do with writing ability. If any of us really think our writing ability matters very much we are really deluding ourselves. Don't take that wrong I haven't read enough of your stuff to comment on your "writing skill or style"...that was a general statement of observation:-) You can thank Arila for my click she sent me over here to check you out by using your name...odd, but I took the bait Funny stuff! T.Welch, better quit before you show even more of your lack of knowledge of

the worlds of book publishing, the production of motion pictures, and TV programming.

Many a book, movie and TV show has been, and is, a huge success with very high ratings, even though it is, or was, constanlty being put down and panned by the "critics" and other "experts."

First off, if you were on your yacht, you'd be a fool to mess with Blogit. I don't take my laptop even to the beach let alone on a boat. Crap, there's so much to do on a yacht...and what's wrong, no Girls Gone Wild participants with you and Snoop Dog on your yacht?

Secondly, (and this is the dumb part) you don't get any additional clicks for my comments.

I, however, get the joy of exposing you for the laughable fraud that you are.

Well, Look Again...

I'm sure Britney Spears or Jennifer Aniston's grocery lists could bring down some pretty huge numbers if sold on eBay--especially if they contained words "tampons" or "panties" or "condoms" or "Vagisil" or anything having to do with intimate affairs.

So, again, what distinguishes a "real" writer from a "fake" writer? And if you're a "real" writer making "big bucks" with your output, why are you wasting your time exchanging barbs with...as you were...enduring barbs from me? Shouldn't you be out on your yacht "Nigga Riddum"?

D.Mann, in a capitalistic society such as ours, a "real writer" is a person
who gets paid for the works that he or she turns out. And the last time I looked, no one is getting paid big bucks for publishing his or her grocery lists.

D.Mann, I do not live in Borneo or the West Village of NYC. Thus, I am not

the kind of primitive and uncivilized human creature that National Geographic would publish an article about.

What Sort Of Snobbery Separates...

"real" writers from "fake" writers?

As far as I'm concerned, my grocery list makes me a "real" writer. Whether that grocery list brings me wealth is another matter. Still, my "real" grocery was a wild success because I came home from the store with everything I needed and not much more!
