Oh, Lordy, Isis!!
Sounds like something my kid would do! (It's the curse all our parents cast upon us as kids, I think.)

Spitfire,
Hehe...feeling assaulted by the Infant Army again are we? LOL
My problem was that I could not go ANYWHERE without my oldest when he was a baby. The daycare actually asked me to pick him up early once because he would not sleep or stop crying. He slept, oh, maybe four hours a night and then refused to nap.
And since he was attached to my boob most everywhere (like high-amp vacuum suction he was), I was never really my own person. It was more like I had a baby growth coming off my boob.
Once I was on a flight with him, and really exhausted from his antics, so I dozed off. Was awakened by a shower hitting my face - the soda I was holding in my hand, which he was delightedly pouring into the air vent thingie.
Oh yes, our fellow travelers LOVED us. No boogers though, he probably fed them to me while I slept.
LOL...guess I should actually POST this story eh?

Even now that my son is 4,
I feel a sense of embarrassment if we go anywhere and I find that he has booger hanging out. = )

Justsouno,
I can live with that...as long as they're put into a sound proof area!

Maybe it would not be such a bad idea for them to add a different seating
for children and their parents. I understand you paid for a seat that was not supposed to come with a bad smell, ugliness or sound outside earphones. I am not against children traveling. I am against negligent parents on the ground or in the air. One can not make parents do as they should so I think separate seating would be a good thing for all.
