I usually packstuff myself with a few pounds of char-broiled beef...
..that's been cooked for about 87 seconds, and then I go into a coma for a day or two.  Totally rejuvinating.

I give myself time for me. When I feel bad I try to take a spa day, those always seem to make your troubles float away. It's all about treating yourself to what you like and what's important to you. If it's a book, a lobster, or a weekend skiing do it. Then remember never feel guilty about doing the things you love for your self.
