- Go to When's The Best Time To Do Aerobics?
hi
Lately I've been exercising in the AM, but find I'm just not able to run as far or lift weights as well as in the evening. Should I keep working out in the evening and just add an aerobic before bkfst?

You can exercise regardless of the status of your wisdom teeth. And resuming your exercise routine may give you the energy you seek.

When to exercise
Have had a bad run with a mild head injury and then a full on no energy virus, I'm still feeling a bit run down and my two lower wisdome teeth are impacted. I'm not in pain but they are prssing into my jaw. I'm having them seen to next week. Should I be getting back inot my excercise routine now or after the teeth come out which willl be 1-2 weeks away? Its ahrd to know when to exercise and when to rest
