Novel approach it may be, but what you end up with is this moron's
motive for murder. There are far less deadly ways, and irreversible ways, to convince someone to have an abortion. The defense isn't even logical. Given that a man may have a small say in the matter, he doesn't gestate or bear the child. Pregnancy is a woman's dominion. The argument is misleading and could set a dangerous precedent.
