We really CAN'T impeach Bush...
Wouldn't that leave Cheney as president?  He's so much scarier!

Bush saw Hussein as harboring, funding and encouraging terrorists from the very beginning. If you need smoking guns, they all crashed into the World Trade Center!

Metta, Yes that is true. But it only means that it could not be
established.  Just like the WMD's could not be found.  It doesn't mean that it wasn't there.  I am merely stating a contraryopinion to the one everyone, or most everyone else has.  Thaks for the read! Gotta go travel with teens!

the Presidents words

in 2004 George W. Bush said, "This administration never said that the 9/11 attacks were orchestrated between Saddam and al Qaeda."

in 2003 he said - "We have no evidence that Saddam Hussein was involved with the September 11th" attacks," Bush said in a brief encounter with reporters after a meeting with members of Congress.

Glennb, Saddam's involvement was the reason to go into Iraq. WMD's were

only a corrollary argument.  But together they were quite a compelling argument to take out an enemy who was eagerly engaged in the attempted destruction of America -- a continuation of the long Iraqi-American conflict.

Now where you and many of your fellows are deceived is in the obfuscation and failure to voluntarily 'fess up to the WMD program on the part of Iraq.  Those bad boys are hidden in a briefcase somewhere where they don't need a spider hole, and the damage you are doing to this nation -- referred to by OBP -- is to tear down a sitting president in a time of war.  And you are doing it for your own political purposes.

This is what makes you a liberal racist, using the plight of colored people everywhere to support your argument based on false pretenses.  However, in the light of political debate I welcome your side, as it achieves my goal of lancing the boil.  Just try to reduce the name-calling.  OK?

Love ya', dude!

OBP, you mean Saddam hasn't made a clean confession to the analysts
voluntarily, made amends and plans to do better?   Hahahahha!  Good point!

Interesting enough! Of course all those mentioned in the report have deleted their part of any questionable wrong doing. Why not, Saddam thinks he is innocent too, they are all delusional. It is upsetting that a lot of people in this country, and abroad, believe the likes of those thugs over people of true intergrity. People like GlenB for example. He is a walking poster child for organizations hell bent on destroying American credibility. People who believe such bull are easy recruits for anti- American groups around the world.

While in FL, I was surprised to find out how many of the terrorist were in Hollywood. Sippin their brews, chasing Amerian women, laughing with the general public, all the while knowing they were there to kill Americans. Hollywood was only 10 miles from my home. Then the plot to blow up the power plant in Ft. Lauderdale was exposed (power gen) and not all that big, but enough to kill yet another few thousand as it is located on a busy highway, and right down from the airport. Good intelligence stopped that from happening! Guess we don't hear about the plans that were deterred by good intelligence.

A little off the subject here, but last week my daughter pointed out to me a CD my g/daughter has been listening to. It is called something like "Why I hate George Bush" My g/daughter said it was her friends and she just liked the music. On the cover was many mis quotes of GW. I sat her down and we read them. I ask her to get on line, and validate to me (I really wanted it validated for her) when, under what situation these so called quotes were made, was Hollywood or any producer, singer, qualified to make such blanket statements. After 2 days, my g/daughter handed me two printed papers. At the bottom of the last paper it read: "Nana, I feel so stupid, of the things he said, they edited and put there own words in." " I understand now why you wanted me to do this, and the CD that was my friends, went into the bond fire last night." "When I showed my friend this paper, she said it was trash and needed to be burned." Now if two 15 year olds can figure it out, what about the so called educated and informed?

Excuse my writing today, my eyes are deliated..

Kingmi,

You have got to stop it! If Saddam Hussein himself, had flown the Planes into the Twin Towers that is still not the reason America and the Planet were told we had to invade Iraq! Remember "mushrooming clouds"? WMD? Wonder what ever happened to those? Live with the fact America is involved in the criminal ocupation of Iraq! Ok, occupation of Iraq?

Just suppose we did all agree on that point! Now address the issues! How is Bush going to get America out of Iraq? Who is going to compensate the Iraqi People for the carnage and suffering? Where is all that re-building money going to come from? Iraq does not have that much oil!
